I don’t really have a particular discipline of riding, for example I enjoy cross country, downhill, single speed and road. Each discipline has brought countless hours of enjoyment to me.

I have been on and off bikes for over 30 years even though there were years that I didn’t ride much. You know what they say “It’s just like riding a bike” somehow you never really forget.

Haven't had the time to dedicate to racing lately, my time is spent usually planning a couple of big Mont St. Anne DH trips each year.

I would have to say that the most rewarding part of cycling to me is helping to introduce someone new to cycling (any discipline) and watch them get hooked. I suppose if you were to ask my riding buddies what my famous quote is, you would hear this; “That was the best ride yet!!” with enthusiasm. One of my personal goals is to become more actively involved in helping to promote the sport of cycling and its inherent health benefits for both young and old alike. Now get up and go out and ride
